Alexander Frantsevich Ragoza ((ロシア語:Александр Францевич Рагоза)) (8 June 1858 – 29 June 1919) was a Minister of Defense of the Ukrainian State. He was also a General in the Imperial Russian Army who saw service during the First World War.
He was the son of a Ukrainian clergyman. He was educated at St. Michael's School of Art (1878) and then attended the Nicholas General Staff Academy (1883).
From 30 August 1915 to 21 November 1917, he was commander of the 4th Army.
In 1918, he became Minister of Defense of the Ukrainian State under Pavlo Skoropadskyi.
